How to confirm the reservation
To confirm the reservation, it is necessary to send the complete the credit card details with the name and surname of the holder. The payment is in advance at check in or at beginning of new month of stay by credit card, debit card or cash.
How does check-in work?
We need to know your arrival time in advance, because check-in is by appointment.
Please let us know when your plane is due to land or when your train is due to arrive.
Bear in mind that, if all goes smoothly, it takes 1-2 hours from the time you land to the time you arrive at our door.
YOU CAN CHECK IN FROM 13:30 until 19:00 at Residenza Termini in Via Gaeta 16.
When you arrive, ring the “Residenza Termini” intercom and someone will be with you in no time.
CHECK-IN AFTER 19:00 IS ONLY IN THE SELF CHECK-IN MODE.
In case of flight or train delays, it is possible to check in at the hotel from 19:00 to 21:00 only for bookings from our website.
When do I pay?
For stays of less than 30 days, full payment is due in advance at the time of check-in. For long stay bookings of more than 30 days, payment is due in full at the beginning of each new month.
Do you issue invoices?
We issue invoices directly to the guest or to their company.
How much do you charge for children?
Children under three years of age stay free. On request we can provide a cot in the parents’ room.
What local amenities are there?
Services nearby (150m radius): two supermarkets (Conad and Pam), fruit and vegetable market, two bakeries, bars, restaurants, shoemaker, two metered car parks, two pharmacies, two tobacconists. Within easy walking distance there are numerous bus stops offering routes all over the city. It’s around 300m to the underground station for the B line and around 700m to the underground station for the A line. Termini station is about 5 minutes on foot.
When I have to check out
The check-out is until 10:30 am and the luggage storage is at your disposal for € 5,00/day/box.
What happens in the event of damage?
The cost of any damage found at the time of check out will be calculated in accordance with the applicable damages list.
Cancellation policy
Stays from July 2021 to 31st March 2022
Stays of up to 10 nights
For cancellations up to 2 days before the arrival date (48 hours before 00:00 on the arrival date), nothing is due. For cancellations in the 2 days before arrival or in case of ‘no-show’ the cancellation fee is 100% of the total amount of the stay, excluding tourist tax and final cleaning.
Stays from 1st April 2022
Stays up to 7 nights:
The booking is cancellable without charge up to 7 days before the check in date (168 hours before 00:00am of the check in date). For cancellations 7 days or less before the check in date, or in cases of ‘no show’, we will charge 100% of the total stay.
Stays over 7 nights:
Cancellations made after the confirmation of the reservation are not accepted and the full amount of the whole stay will be withheld. In the case of No-Show for stays of more than one night, and missing communication regarding the no-show of the first-night stay, the reservation could be consider cancelled for the whole stay.
Are pets allowed?
We regret that pets are not allowed.
Are additional guests allowed?
Each additional guest, not included in the booking, will have to pay a variable amount depending on the apartment chosen, up to the maximum occupancy of the apartment itself.
