How to confirm the reservation

To confirm the reservation, it is necessary to send the complete the credit card details with the name and surname of the holder. The payment is in advance at check in or at beginning of new month of stay by credit card, debit card or cash.

How does web check-in work?

We need to know your check-in time in advance as it works differently depending on whether you prefer to arrive before or after 18:00 (but no later than 01:30).

If you prefer to check in before 18:00
If you prefer to check in between 13:30 and 18:00, it is possible to do so at the reception of Residenza Termini “RT” in Via Gaeta 16 by appointment.
When you arrive at Residenza Termini, ring on the buzzer and someone will come for you presently.

If you prefer to check in after 18:00
If you prefer to check in between 18:00 and 01:30, then you can do so at the reception of Hotel Stella “HS” in Via Castelfidardo 53 (30 metres from Residenza Termini).
At the Hotel Stella “HS” reception you will receive information about the apartment, and you will get the access code for our door and the keys to your apartment.
You will pay for both the booking and for late check-in, which costs €10 if you book it from our website.
Remember that the staff of Hotel Stella “HS” will only help you to check-in and will not accompany you to the apartment. As such, please don’t ask the staff of Hotel Stella “HS” to take you to your apartment in Residenza Termini because they cannot leave the reception.
There is also no point in ringing the buzzer of Residenza Termini because there will be no one to check you in.
If you have any further questions or requirement, please ask the staff of Residenza Termini the next day.
Check-in after 01:30 is never possible.
Bear in mind that it takes about 2 hours from landing to arriving at our door.

When do I pay?

For stays of less than 30 days, full payment is due in advance at the time of check-in. For long stay bookings of more than 30 days, payment is due in full at the beginning of each new month.

Do you issue invoices?

We issue invoices directly to the guest or to their company.

How much do you charge for children?

Children under three years of age stay free. On request we can provide a cot in the parents’ room.

What local amenities are there?

Within a 150m radius of the apartments you will find two supermarkets, a fruit and vegetable market, two bakeries, a dry cleaners, a coin operated launderette, bars, restaurants, a cobbler, two newsagents, two chemists and two tobacconists. Within easy walking distance there are numerous bus stops offering routes all over the city. It’s around 300m to the underground station for the B line and around 700m to the underground station for the A line. Termini station is about 5 minutes on foot.

When I have to check out

The check-out is until 10:30 am and the luggage storage is at your disposal for € 5,00/day/box.

What happens in the event of damage?

The cost of any damage found at the time of check out will be calculated in accordance with the applicable damages list.

Cancellation policy

Stays up to 7 nights:
The booking is cancellable without charge up to 7 days before the check in date (168 hours before 00:00am of the check in date). For cancellations 7 days or less before the check in date, or in cases of ‘no show’, we will charge 100% of the total stay.

Stays over 7 nights:
Cancellations made after the confirmation of the reservation are not accepted and the full amount of the whole stay will be withheld. In the case of No-Show for stays of more than one night, and missing communication regarding the no-show of the first-night stay, the reservation could be consider cancelled for the whole stay.

Are pets allowed?

We regret that pets are not allowed.

Are additional guests allowed?

Yes, where it’s possible. The charge for each additional guest is € 30 per day.
